Systems pharmacology approach suggests TB drug outperforms others in its class
In this study, researchers at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI, USA) and Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ, USA) developed a computer model to simulate the effects of three tuberculosis drugs on granulomas. The simulations suggest moxifloxacin to be the most effective fluoroquinolone drug.
