Pharmaceutical Patent Analyst aims to make the essential content of key patents available in a concise and enriched format to researchers and other specialists, while also providing timely commentary on important issues related to patent and IP law.
Article proposals are now being welcomed for the July issue, which provides a first-draft submission deadline of the 20th February. All submitted manuscripts will be considered by Commissioning Editor, Ben Walden, and the Editorial Board and undergo full independent peer review.

What we’re looking for:
Reviews examining patents of relevance to all therapeutic areas will be accepted, including:
• Chemical and biological entities of therapeutic significance
• Healthcare products (e.g. medical devices and drug-delivery systems)
• Drug-discovery and design technologies
• Inventions in related disciplines (e.g. biotechnology and nanotechnology)
Analyses of patenting trends for selected patent classes, therapeutic areas or geographic regions and the design and application of novel methodologies for searching and analyzing the patent literature.
Perspectives and analysis on IP/patent law issues of importance to the patent life cycle or to pharmaceutical and medical R&D more broadly.
